"End of PC" - a prescient political message, circa 2003?

I could have sworn that it said "Fend of PL TOG". What is a PL TOG? I can only guess it means "GOT LP?" Backwards.
No, I think the "F" is an arrow - one which clearly points to a noose-like structure, I might add. Thus giving the political prophesy added weight.
ALTHOUGH - perhaps it's the burial place of Mr. or Ms. P.L. Tog? And they died in '04? Yes! Huzzah!
